With out the tow
From Ohio to Florida not taking the car since we won't be using it. What do you think? Risky? We have always taken it, this will be the first. Anyone done this?

We will be at Disney, then coming straight home.

For the difference in what it costs to tow your toad as against the cost of renting, you can sure do some extra things and go to some really great places to eat.

Some places, like Disney for example, you simply do not need a toad.
Doesn't that assume that the only things you wish to see in Central Florida are Disney related? Ignoring the many other worthwhile attractions in the greater Orlando region?
Sure if you want to see them, that's for OP to decide. The point was that many places are remote and removed enough to require a car. But there are also many places, Like Disney that have so much at your disposal and public transportation that it's not needed. Does not mean that if you want to venture somewhere outside a certain area you don't need a car. But I thought that would be common sense. Maybe not.
