I strongly suspect it may be a victim of the 2016 EPA CO2 limits for vehicles under 14,000 pounds. These new regs also mean full-profile boxes cannot be installed on the E350 with the V10. Only the V8. The E450 is not affected.

Interesting. I would have never thought as emissions as a limitation.
