You mentioned that YOU can check the house portion and that the engine is virtually brand new. I personally would spend the money to go see the coach myself and be prepared to close the sale when you get there. $500-$1000 additional for inspections can be spent, while you are there, IF you feel it is necessary. If not, that probably paid for your trip. If things look good and sound good, AND the seller has service records, there really is not much that can go wrong that would not be covered by the extended warranty.
With 70 photos, it does no sound like the seller is trying to hide anything.
