Why did the Utility Company remove the tires?
If primarily used in urban areas, one could expect a lot of curb bruising of the tire sidewall during their operations. This I know from career transportation experience.
If the facts presented are the only relevant factor for the subject tires, then why not use the tires on the rear axle.
