Would you rent your RV if you could earn $15,000/yr?

I have a friend who started renting his RV and he said he's making really good money so I'm thinking about renting out my 32 ft Damon Daybreak. I'm a little concerned about how renters will treat ...

No, No. & No. I use to have a couple of rent houses. You get some folks that take pretty good care and then you get one that really wrecks the place. With the money we paid for our MH I just think I will let it set in the carport if we are not using it.
