No! You're going to hand some stranger the keys and wave goodbye as an asset (possibly next only to your house in the money you spent for it) heads off for parts unknown totally out of your control? Say someone gives you $1000 cash as a deposit and $1000 cash for a short rental. Then they don't come back.
