Would you rent your RV if you could earn $15,000/yr?

I have a friend who started renting his RV and he said he's making really good money so I'm thinking about renting out my 32 ft Damon Daybreak. I'm a little concerned about how renters will treat ...

We used to rent out our trailer. That was a pain but not too bad. Tried renting out out motor home. Major pain!

If I was primarily owning a motor home to rent out then fine. But to part time rent out it is not worth the headaches, stress, inconvenience and lack of availability.

And the commercial insurance cost me like $350 per month.

So, nope never no!
