Would you rent your RV if you could earn $15,000/yr?

I have a friend who started renting his RV and he said he's making really good money so I'm thinking about renting out my 32 ft Damon Daybreak. I'm a little concerned about how renters will treat ...

Traveling out West I have seen several Cruise America RV's in places that were tough even for a jeep. I saw them on the Moki Dugway and one stuck on the off-road trail loop through the Valley to the Gods. The one on the Moki was stopped and trying to figure out if he could go up or if he had to back the rig all of the way down the road.
Not for me.
