Wraps

I have no interest in selling it. In fact when the house is too far gone I intend on pulling out all the usable components, tearing the walls and roof off and rebuilding to my liking from the floor up (floor and basement are steel frame). So this is more of a "make it look decent for a few years" solution.

I've been reading up on the ZEP. Seems there's mixed reviews but given my intentions it sounds like it might be what I'm looking for.
