XM RADIO

Finished installing the radio and setup to Class A Vista.

It was suggested by many to place the antenna in coach, I could never get a signal. Not saying it couldn't be done but I couldn't get it to work. The suggestion on using a metal plate fastened down with double sided tape and sealed was the ticket. (no drilling)

Everything is working and good to go.

Thanks again...........

Rod

I just found a spot on the top, in the center of the forward cab area and stuck it down to the top with some good ol 3M tape. A very light bead of silicone over the wire along a joint line and wallah! Looks good and works great! We usually keep it playing all day so the pup has something to be entertained with while we go in the water for a while!

What channel does your dog like?

70's on 7! Just like his daddy! LOL!

They like to hear it out of the subWOOFer.

  • I had it on top of the front cap frame (inside the coach) at first, but the signal through even that small amount of fiberglass was weak. Finally I poked the antenna wired through the CD antenna penetration and glued it to the frint cap. I stuck the wire down like 10forty2 did.
