Yet another short C running toadless question...

I know some people do this, but how difficult is it to use a short C (looking at rigs like the Sunseeker 2250 or the 2300) as the main vehicle for a long trip. Of course, a "B" would be the best choi...

We had a 26' GMC motorhome for years and drove it everywhere toad-less. There were some very steep hills and narrow spaces we could not get it in, but in general it was a great tour vehicle. We also rented a 25' class C for several weeks a few years back. Same deal. Drove it as a touring vehicle and it was great. We now have a huge motorhome that is great for long trips but a PITA for short ones and finding parking spots.
