Given the original information, the 425 with the tag is the ONLY way to go.
Are they the same year?? what year are each coach?? That could explain price differences. Are they at the same dealer??
The original deal where they took the coaches in trade usually greatly affects the dealers resale price on that coach. We got our coach for alot less than book value because the dealer really took it to the previous owner when they traded it in. End result, we were in the right market at the right time for the right coach for us at a super price.
But at the end of the day, after owning coaches that fit into your A and B profiles, the tag is the way to go!!
