So... 2 used coaches... Same low miles, meticulously maintained with all records, good tires, fiberglass roof. Virtually same floor plan. Both have IFS, Spartan chassis, side cooled radiators, king ...

Thank you. gonesouth, we are considering taking a shot at the hydronic heat system, since it seems all the coaches we are looking at, have it.
Cross country... When I said " forever home", that is for the time being. When we become unable to travel, and have any more mobility issues ( worse than we already do ), we will be changing our tune, and settling down somewhere. I sometimes use a cane now, ( yes, at 49 years old ) so that has already been an important factor.
We have had every type of rv out there, except a travel trailer. When we set off full timing, we sold our old DP, since we knew the floor plan wouldn't work for us.
My reason for the post, mostly, was for imput about the stability of the coach on the road, especially in windy conditions, vs the ease of 1 less axel. Just trying to see what those with a bigger coach
( 36+ feet ) preffered. I was also trying to keep brand loyalty out of it, but now, I'm kind of glad I didn't. It was very informative hearing about the different brands.
