It depends on a number of things. What experience do you have on automotives? Do you have the proper tools? Are you working in a clean well lit shop or outside on a gravel driveway? Figure how long you think it should take worst case scenario. Then double it.
Sounds like the shop doesn't want the job, you need to get several more estimates. Remember if you supply the parts they won't warranty it.
