On 1991 Ford 460 Class C I did some of this work.
When you remove that water pump remember there is a hidden bolt that feels like a nub and sticks outside of the perimeter. If you try to pry the water pump housing off without removing it, you will need J&B Weld to reattach it- which works quite well and lasts...quite a few years so far!
After removing the old pump, compare it to the new one. There may be a plate on the back that you have to transfer to the new one. I missed that and got to do it TWICE! :grrr:
Remove the radiator in the beginning. You will end up doing that anyways, so save the frustration, LOL.
Take lots of pictures along the way! Wiring connectors, bolts, orientation of parts, etc
If you aren't sure of bolts and such, get some cardboard and a marker. Draw an outline of your part and punch your bolts through in their respective positions ;)
I replace the water pump in a local fair's field/rv area on a stool in the blazing heat with just a very minimal (and cheap) tool set.
