We use our food saver machine to make meals that we can cook on the grill.
Also we premake all our roasts as well and seal them in bags, so we can just drop them in the slow cooker.
We do planning ahead for everything. BJs is our best friend. We buy lunch meats and slice them ourselves and use the food saver machine to seal seal them up. Saves a lot of room in house freezer and camper when we go out as there is no big blulky packages.
We also have a note book set aside where it is set up into days and then days are broken down in breakfast , lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner and deserts if kids want for each day.
We can usually fit everything into the campers fridge.
We did two and half weeks in New Hampshire and only had to go out for bread and chocolate bars for smores. If you don't count stopping at the fresh fruit stands when driving by.
