I cut up 3 or 4 potatoes, a pound of smoked sausage, add bell peppers, and season with salt and pepper(I use a Cajun seasoning called Tony Chacherie's). Add water to cover the potatoes and sausage. set to cook and forget about it. Very easy and taste is amazing.
