3-2-1 cake

Okay, I admit that I've lost the recipe! Sone posted a recipe for a 3-2-1 cake that involved mixing two cake mixes, then taking 3 tbs of the mixture, 2 tbs of water, and microwave for 1minute -- or something like that. Can anyone help?
