Mine is a potato au gratin.
In a deep Corningware oven dish, or similar.
layer 1/4" slices of potato about 2" deep
add a layer of sliced onions
add potatoes to within 1" of top.
In a pan, on low, heat 1 can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup, 1/2 cup of cubed Velveeta, 1 tsp dry mustard and 1/4" cup of milk until cheese is melted.
Pour mixture over potatoes and add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese, bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Check with a knife at the end of the hour to insure they are done.
