Oven roasted potatoes
Peel potatoes a cut into large dice or wedges.
In mixing bowl, toss potatoes with two tbsp olive oil, half tsp garlic granules and a tsp salt. Roast at 400 for 20 mins. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1/4 cup grated Parmesan. Stir, return to oven for another 15-20 mins.
