Easy - instant mashed potatoes.
Cheesy potatoes -- add american cheese, pat or two of butter and let melt, blend
Ranch potatoes - use slightly less liquid, blend in ranch dressing, real bacon bits and onion are good with this too.
Bacon cheese potatoes - use slightly less liquid, add real bacon bits, sour cream and sliced american cheese - let cheese melt and blend. Top with pat of butter.
You can add in - garlic powder and parmesean
Use less liquid and add some cream cheese, green onion and butter
Use your imagination and they always taste wonderful.
