Adjusting muffin cooking time?
How do you adjust a recipe for 6 muffins to use an 8x8 pan instead? Thanks!

Calculate the volume of each and adjust accordingly. Or just dump it in the pan to about 1/2 full, cook until just browning, then stick a fork in it to see if it comes out clean.
