We have a Cook's Essentials from QVC and just love it. Used it for french fries, pork chops, baked and fried chicken, burritos, and other foods. You don't have to just use it for frying it can bake also. The problem is check the wattage on fryers cause each one is different, one we have is 1500 watts.
