Alert: Charcoal Sale for the Outdoor Chefs

Got this from a friend who checks the online sales alerts.
Home Depot: two 20# bags for $9.88 This ad runs through Sunday July 6th.
Limit 10 per customer "While Supplies Last"

Lowes: two 20# bags for $9.88. This ad runs through Monday 30 June. Another ad will begin then. Limit 2 packs per customer "While Supplies Last"

Wal Mart's new ad will not start until Sunday. This week they have one 16.6# bag for $9.98

    I got this same deal from Lowe's last month. They had sold out and even gave me a rain check. I went in a week later and picked it up.

    I try to buy nothing unless it is on sale or I can ask and get a bit of a discount. Drives the wife crazy...

    Lowes and Home depot run this special pricing on Kingsford charcoal every year, on Memorial day weekend, July 4th weekend, And Labor day weekend

    If you happen to be at the Lowe's and Home Depot is having the special-they will price match for you. Just bring up the Home Depot ad on your Smart Phone and show it to the cashier. It will work the other way, too-on any item.

    Does anyone know what kind of charcoal HD has on sale? I'll pass one on the way into CT 'cause the Manhattan store wont have that sale; it's too small.

    Nice thing about charcoal: if it's dry it will always be good. Cast Iron Chefs say "You can never have too much charcoal."

    And if you happen to miss the sale and need some, Aldi's has the 16.6# bags most all the time for $4.49. It is Range Master brand and seems about the same as Kingsford.
