Another cast iron pan question
My cast iron problem is not rusty but really gunky with baked on grease and oil. Very gunky. Will oven cleaner, plastic bag and a plastic scrubber clean it up?

Why? I've done this several times, before I made a lye vat to restore my pieces. It's messy and you have to be careful though.
