I will smoke a big brisket, or several slabs of ribs. Freeze and then food-saver it into 2 person servings. Use it at home or camping (for nights when we want easy dinner).
To eat, I'll preheat oven to 350... Put meat in round cake pan... Sprinkle very lightly with a bit of water (from my hand, not directly from faucet)... Cover pan with foil and heat thoroughly - about 25 mins or so.
Turns out great.
