We do some BBQ vending so we will bring some slow smoked brisket now and then that we food savor and reheat or the wife will make a homemade brisket hash with leftover brisket at home because we like it better reheated on the flat top while camping, nice and crispy.
I'm with ya ! cooking is part of the "family" adventure....but on race weekends w/ buddies, I don't have the time (or interest) in standing over a grill....its all about getting the car on the track and eating is secondary.
