The ultimate manly man recipe is simple. Catch a fish with his bare hands or wrestle an animal to the ground and dispatch with a knife or sharpened flint. Clean it, fire cook it, eat it with his bare hands. Caveman school is the ultimate old school.

Personally the only receipt that looked the slightest bit good was the wings and steak, the others sucked. I look up receipts on the internet all the time and fine great ones on the regular food sites, and the wife loves them even the ones that I just experiment with off the top of my head.

I'm married to a "man". He seems pretty real- even manly- to me most of the time. Except maybe during fishing season, when he disappears entirely.

He says that real manly men would no sooner read recipes than ask for directions, sort whites-from-darks, or talk baby talk to small animals.
