That's exactly what we use.

I use a small "pizza stone" AND a inverted air bake cookie sheet in my oven. Nothing burns with my double whammie approach. I only sacrifice about 3/4" clearance.

why do you say... UN-glazed?

We are using the "Island Grillstone"

It was actually recommended by the manufacturer of our grill.

Amazon has a good selection of sizes
Carefull of using unglazed tiles many are made with toxins in the clay as they aren't made to eat on or use in an oven.
