We have a Louisiana Grill BBQ similar to Traeger. It's a pellet BBQ we carry in the Motorhome.
Ribs turn out awesome. Last trip I did a 16 lb turkey and it was great.
They do need electricity. We dry camp a lot so I run it off the inverter so I don't bother the neighbors for 4 or 5 hours while it's smoking. They draw minimal electric so it's no big deal.
