We are planning on buying the 22", we have the largest one they build and love it. I had a guy build a set of folding stainless steel (3 sides) splatter screens, helps great when cooking bacon, sausage, frying chicken fried steaks, etc. But it make the cook hot, reflects heat back to the cook.
