The ones, from Michigan. I can never remember the name. By law there is no junk in them. It is the better cuts of meat.
We now find large buns but are having a time finding the big dogs. Wife bought some at Whole Foods, I think last year that were as large a Bratwurst and as long. Grilled up great on upper rack. Had a satisfying crunch, outside and great taste.
