I have to admit today that $7.50/pound gave me pause but they are worth it.
And it come out to about a $1.50 dog.
If you have a Publix nearby, check out the Hoffmann Dogs... they just went national with them about a year ago. Prior to that they were limited to upstate NY . Yes, they are pricey too, but have great flavor.
