This is a great thread! I even had DH read the thread as he doesn't typically check the cooking section of the forum! More ideas for cooking outside the rig. We'll start out with taking an old rack with us. Our dutch oven doesn't have the lid with the lip that will keep the coals from sliding off so we'll try it out & see what happens!
