Use a church key (makes a triangular hole) and punch 4-5 holes in the UNOPENED lid to the can. Heat can and all in the oven long enough to melt the liquids in the can. Drain the liquids. Using a turkey baster, inject your favorite BBQ sauce into the openings in the lid. Return to the oven to heat the ham through. Remove from the oven, and open the can, slice the ham and serve.
