Collard Greens with Country Ham Hock

When I ordered up some country ham biscuit slices, I also ordered some country ham hocks. So last week I made some collard greens using the Country Ham Hock. Very yummy. Loving this Southern Living........Out west!

    If you think that is Southern living, you haven't lived until you have cooked up a pot of chitterlings. Now, that is living high on the hog!
