Bacon,like coffee, is one of those things that always stirs up opinions.
I'm simple minded, according to SWMBO. I just use a flat griddle-style pan, put it on the stove top, and cook the bacon till it's done. Plain old Oscar Mayer style bacon. Add nothing. (In an effort to be more modern, I no longer mop up the bacon grease into my bread.)
