Cookware

What cookware do you use in your RV/Trailer?
  • We bought a mid priced smaller set of cookware that has served us well.
  • We use the same kind of stuff and cook the same kind of food as we do at home
  • Dutch oven
    two stainless steel pots
    cast iron gridle
    crock pot
    hot dog wires

almost forgot the most important pot: the popcorn maker
  • A mish mash of cast iron skillets and stainless pots.
On my Amazon wish list is a set of Magma nesting pots and pans. Handles easily detach and everything fits inside one big pot.
  • Regular ole cookware

Just 2 of us so one of each works
    Large fry pan
    Flat griddle
    Large pot
    Small pot
  • 12" Lodge cast iron camping dutch oven for outdoor cooking.
#8 Wagner cast iron skillet for general frying
#4 Wagner cast iron skillet for sausage
#8 or #10 Wagner cast aluminum dutch oven for things like chili or soup
#8/9 Griswold (from the 1890s) stove-top waffle iron (use it on the stove, or over coals)

  • Same stuff we use at home, except A LOT LESS of it.

No need to haul along enough stuff to feed the extended family at a Thanksgiving reunion.

Leave the 15 piece set of cast iron pots and pans at home.
