I like to buy the whole sirloins, usually around 12 to 16# and then cut my own roasts and steaks. We use a FoodSaver at home to protect/preserve them in the freezer. Sirloin for around $4 a pound is a pretty good deal but unless you have the freezer space (and a FoodSaver), it is probably too much meat to handle.
