How are the Costco meats these days re pricing, flavor and tenderness?

There is sometimes very good deals on meat at Costco,you just have to buy in bulk as has been mentioned and look around. I do and have a Food Saver and freeze it in smaller portions.
Here is one thing I found in 2 of the Costcos near me. While looking for a whole Brisket to smoke I found the Choice at $6.59 a pound and at the other end of the counter where the Prime meat was kept I found the whole Prime Brisket @ $3.89,they were not marked down because of the sell by date and were of about the same size about 12-14 LBS.
A deal like this I could not pass up.
