Deep Fryers ---- Do You Save the Oil?
Been thinking of a deep fryer, mostly for oysters and shrimp; just the wife and I. Boy, they use a lot of oil; do you throw the oil away after each use?

Once or twice a year use for the deep fryer doesn't seem to be worth saving the oil for in our case. I refuse to buy expensive peanut oil so a gallon of vegetable oil is just part of the cost of the meal.
