Deep Fryers ---- Do You Save the Oil?
Been thinking of a deep fryer, mostly for oysters and shrimp; just the wife and I. Boy, they use a lot of oil; do you throw the oil away after each use?

We bought one of the new air fryers that fry foods with very little oil. It makes the best french fries we have ever had, and no grease to save or clean up!
