Deep Fryers ---- Do You Save the Oil?
Been thinking of a deep fryer, mostly for oysters and shrimp; just the wife and I. Boy, they use a lot of oil; do you throw the oil away after each use?

I bought a "Fry Daddy" since I cook for just the two of us. Uses much less oil but I strain it thru cheese cloth to keep it for another use. Gave up turkey frying, use a Big Easy for that.
