We've had a few deep fryers over the years. Honestly, they are just a pain in the butt to us. To have to deal with all the oil and cleaning of it is just not worth it. If we fry something, we will just do it with a lot less oil. We don't fry a lot of stuff. And we really don't need it anyway. If we fry something, then it's in a skillet or small duch oven. It doesn't have to drown in oil...lol
