Deep Fryers ---- Do You Save the Oil?
Been thinking of a deep fryer, mostly for oysters and shrimp; just the wife and I. Boy, they use a lot of oil; do you throw the oil away after each use?

I have a fryer that you turn the lever and when the oil is cold, it automatically strains it into a sealed storage container under the fryer, so no muss, no fuss. I reuse it until the fryer beeps at me to change it.
