I have Wagner, c.i. Lodge, and Griswold. No enameled ware. My best pieces were my family's heirlooms and items I found in garage sales (where I can personally inspect them.)
Even though Camp Chef has corporate offices here, the main concern of veteran DOGers such as myself is the fact that Chinese foundries don't have a dedicated use for cookware alone. Other types of iron products, some with toxic metals, are made in some of the same equipment that the cookware is in contact with.
That and the fact I'd rather give my money to support North American workers. Will check out some of those Canadian c.i.s. Thanks for the HT.
