Does anyone have any good bologna (baloney) recipes?

I was wading from a duck blind and stepped in a hole which caused me to fall on my face in water that was about 1 degree from ice. When I gathered myself up and got back to the bank, I came to an old Airstream some guys were using for a duck camp. They had a big fire going and I asked if I could warm up for a minute. They were cooking breakfast and handed me a plate of fried bologna, eggs and grits. Best thing I've ever tasted! That was 50 years ago, and I'm still eating fried bologna, grits and eggs, cholesterol be damned!
