Does anyone have any good bologna (baloney) recipes?

Having been raised by a health food nut of a mother, I did not taste balogna until I was in junior high: during school, we had a snack break at 10 a.m. and at the snack bar we could purchase a balogna sandwich with a small bag of chips for 25 cents. The balogna was between 2 slices of Wonder Bread that had been slathered with mayo and mustard - I would pour the chips between the slices, then smash them up and eat! First time I ever ate white bread, balogna, and chips and, believe me, I was in heaven! Haven't had one in years and now after reading this thread, believe I'll head on down the hill to the market for some white bread and balogna!
