Take a chub (five pound stick)of bologna, remove the red rind used for wrapping, brush with BBQ sauce and throw on the smoker for about four hours at 275F. Cut in 1/4 inch slices. makes the best sandwhich ever. What you don't use you can freeze and warm up in microwave. I use hickory for smoking. People that don't like bologna will be lined up for a sandwhich. Taste so good I only add two slices of bread, nothing else needed.
