Does anyone have any good bologna (baloney) recipes?

Boloney Salad - Mom would run a chunk of boloney through her manual meat grinder, with some onion. Then stir in a bit of sweet pickle relish and some mayo.

Today, I do it in the food processor, and use homemade mayo.

OMG - I AM SO HUNGRY for this. I'll be off to the store today!! :)
